News & Updates
16 Feb 2018: The SSQ Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group wishes to thank all who took the time to complete the recent survey, which ran through December 2017 and January 2018. The purpose of the survey was to glean some additional information to add to that which was gathered at last September’s Community Engagement evening at the Parish Hall, to enable us highlight the issues and options for going forward in producing the Neighbourhood Plan for Stanton St Quintin Parish.
The response from the parish was extremely pleasing. 130 completed surveys were submitted; no mean feat for a small community such as ours.
It will be a little while before we have completed reviewing and analysing the data and comments sufficiently to provide a detailed report to the parish, but there is early indication of few areas which resonated with large numbers of respondents as being very important: retention of the school, the rural feel of the village and the need for high-speed broadband.
It is our intention to produce a report soon – keep looking at our news page for updates.
01 Dec 2017: Leaflets will be coming through doors during the next week to inform the community of the next stage in the Neighbourhood Plan process - a survey. The Steering Group have, with the assistance of Lemon Gazelle, developed a survey to gather a little more information which enable us to identify what is needed next. Follow the link to take the survey.
The survey runs until 17 January 2018 - EXTENDED TO 30th JANUARY. If you have any queries or would prefer to complete a paper survey please email us at email@example.com, call Hilary on 01666 837850 or pick up the survey for printing from here.
THE SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED.

15 Nov 2017: Following a well supported and lively Neighbourhood Plan engagement evening, Lemon Gazelle, consultants working with the Steering Group, have produced a report picking up on the majority comments made during the evening. The report is available here, and can also be found in the website Library.
16 Nov 2017: To expand on and develop further the information collected at the Local Engagement evening in September, the Steering Group has collaborated with the consultants to produce a survey. It is intended that the survey will be made available within the next few weeks and it will be possible to complete it either online or offline. Paper copies will be available on request. A leaflet drop will made to every house in the village prior to survey. More information will be available soon.
